There are risks of injury or illness which can occur with any program and you assume such risks and waive, relinquish and release any claim which you may have against Connie Beaulieu or other staff/contractors or trainers of The Fitness Station (Ottawa) Ltd. or its affiliates as a result of any future physical injury or illness incurred in connection with, or as a result of, the use or misuse of this nutritional guide and exercise program for personal use.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds given to Personal Training sessions that have been completed. There are no refunds given to Pre-set programs like Bootcamp, Indoor Group Training, Mature Muscles, etc. beyond it’s start date unless there is a medical reason. There are no refunds given for registration to events, unless cancelled by organizer. Registration may be transferred.

You understand that when you purchase a pre-set program like a Bootcamp, Indoor Group Training, etc., you have committed to the term of the program and the sessions are not to be viewed as individual use. There are no refunds on missed sessions.

Personal Training Conditions

You agree to provide 24hr cancellation notice in order to avoid being charged for your scheduled session.

PT Agreement end date is 1 year from the start date. Failure to complete your sessions within that time will result in sessions being null and void. Sessions may be put on hold under certain circumstances to prolong the Agreement.

Sessions may be put on hold or transferred to another individual but not refunded beyond 10 days of signing PT Agreement. All used sessions will not be refunded.

Our Company
Operation SWEAT is run by CU Fit Personal Training, established and run in Canada, with its permanent office at 3844 Marble Canyon, Ottawa, Ontario K1V 1P8.

Membership/Subscription
If you purchase a VIP membership or other product identified as a recurring subscription, your card will automatically be charged on the timeframe specified in that product’s description. For example, a product marked at $19.99 per month and purchased on the 12th of any given month will be billed each subsequent month on 12th of that month, until such a time as the customer contacts us with a request to discontinue their subscription. To cancel your subscription at any time, email connie@getsweat.ca or call 613-720-4611. You must provide 30 days notice.

Delivery
The “products” on offer at this site are non-physical and as such no actual shipping of goods takes place. Services are provided either in person, or via electronic means (including but not limited to this website, its forums, e-mail and other digital forms of communication). Payments are not refundable.
