Let Get S.W.E.A.T® Personal Training bring the workout to you with Boot Camp on the GO! This program can be delivered indoors or out, depending on the season. Each 45-50 minute session is set up in a circuit using small apparatus resistance equipment and also incorporates a series of athletic drills.
This program has 2 different bi-weekly workouts and changes every 2 weeks. Every exercise can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Equipment will be provided which includes: BOSU, TRX, Kettlebells, Lebert System, Dumbells, Resistance Bands, Body Weight, Medicine Balls, SledBarrow, Sandbells, Sandbags, Cones, Agility Ladders, and more. Get S.W.E.A.T® strongly recommends participating in this program for a minimum of 6 weeks at twice a week (i.e. Monday/Thursday split). Ideally this program would continue to run the duration of a school semester/school year or season. Nutritional guidelines that will encourage healthy eating and lifestyle habits will be provided to compliment the program. All program design will be for the sole use of Get S.W.E.A.T®.

Our ‘Boot Camp on the GO! for kids’ program is for kids aged 6-13. This program is 30 minutes in length and is designed with children’s safety in mind - all exercises are appropriate for this age category. Our focus in this program is developmental play. We want the kids to have fun, while getting fit and learn the importance of structured exercise, muscle co-ordination, movement and healthy lifestyle.
