Each 6 or 7 week session consists of a series of strength training exercises done with a variety of equipment, such as Dumbbells, KettleBells, Bosu, Medicine Balls, Sandbells, Stability Balls, TRX, Cables, Bands, Body Weight, etc…all lead by a Certified Personal Trainer. This program is excellent for reducing body fat, increasing strong lean muscle and increasing your overall metabolism. This program is structured to obtain optimal results long term. Cardiovascular benefits are also obtained in this program. Group size varies from 5-10 people. This program is extremely popular and often sells out!

This is not a Boot Camp, it is Group Training and is a perfect solution for those that would like to have a personal trainer more suited to their budget. This program is also a great solution for those looking to be inspired by others and feel the amazing energy a group brings! Be part of a group, but treated as an individual!

 A sound fitness base is beneficial but not mandatory.
