This program is excellent for reducing body fat, increasing long lean muscle and increasing your overall metabolism and is structured to obtain optimal results long term. Cardiovascular benefits are also obtained in this program. Group size varies from 5-10 people. This program is extremely popular and sells out every session.
This is not a Boot Camp, it is Group Training and is a perfect solution for those that would like to have a personal trainer more suited to their budget. This program is also a great solution for those looking to be inspired by others and feel the amazing energy a group brings! Be part of a group, but treated as an individual!
