Operation S.W.E.A.T® Boot Camp is a fun and challenging way to get fit outdoors! You will build Strength. Willpower. Endurance. And. Tenacity. All fitness levels are welcome. Variations of exercises will be outlined in order to ensure everyone has a great workout. No need to bring equipment, the equipment is brought to you! Challenge yourself with Kettlebells, Dumbells, TRX, Medicine Balls, BOSU balls, Resistance Bands, Sandbells, Sandbags, Ropes, the Sledbarrow, and have fun improving your cardiovascular endurance with military drills, agility ladders, cones, hurdles and of course a hill! We have it all and we deliver the workout in a structured, efficient manner! Burn fat, build core strength and muscular endurance. You will be challenged and see results in no time! Quality instruction guaranteed…with over 18 years of Personal Training experience and the highest credentials, Connie Beaulieu will design an effective and fun workout that will give you great results. Burn 800-1000 calories per workout and feel invigorated. All classes are 50-60 minutes in length. Remember…not all Boot Camps are created equal! Join now for your ultimate training experience! Group Training is known to increase performance, motivation and commitment. This Boot Camp is more than a fitness class, it is true Group Training and involves Athletic-style Drills and resistance training exercises and provides structure and results. No gimmicks, no fads. Be trained by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA – CSCS) and feel the difference! With over 18 years of personal training experience, you will notice considerable change in your body composition, mental capacity, strength, endurance, agility & core stability and you will have fun getting there.
A sound fitness base is beneficial but not mandatory.
